Your handover is your protection.
Every WELSS vacate clean is completed against a detailed, room-by-room checklist specific to your service tier. At the conclusion of your clean, we conduct a formal handover with you, the client, where you walk through the property against that checklist with our team.
This is your opportunity to identify anything you want addressed before we leave. Items raised at handover will be attended to on the spot.
If you are unable to attend the handover, you waive your right to a recall. This is documented in your Consent Policy which you sign before we commence work.
Please note — our contractual relationship is with you, the client. It is your responsibility to liaise with your property manager or landlord regarding their expected standards prior to booking. WELSS cleans to the standard specified in your chosen service checklist. We are not responsible for requirements or expectations communicated after the service has been completed.
A signed checklist is completed for every job. We do not leave a property without a completed checklist signed off by the assigned cleaner. You have a documented record of what was done, when, and by whom.

We are fully insured, and fully accountable. WELSS Home Maintenance carries full public liability insurance and workers compensation for every member of our team.

If something is damaged during the clean, you are covered. If one of our team members is injured on your property, they are covered too. An uninsured sole trader cannot offer you either of those protections.

We are committed to ethical employment practices in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2018. Every person who works for WELSS is lawfully employed, fairly paid, and works in a safe environment.

The Complete Clean is our most thorough standard vacate clean — covering every room, every surface, and every detail a property manager will check at final inspection.

Every room is cleared of cobwebs, all light switches and power points wiped down, windows with frames and tracks cleaned throughout, cupboards and drawers cleaned inside and out, exhaust fans and covers, skirting boards, smoke detectors, and heat pump filters washed. Your kitchen includes a full oven clean and kickboards. Bathrooms are deep cleaned top to bottom: shower, glass, taps, drains, vanity, and toilet. Every floor vacuumed and mopped.

This is a comprehensive clean built around what property managers actually look for. Delivered by our trained, police-checked team with a signed checklist on completion.

Best for: properties in good to standard condition going to final inspection.

WELSS Home Maintenance is growing and we’re looking for the right people to join our Hybrid Crew.

This is not a standard cleaning or gardening role. This is a mixed, hands-on position for people who can adapt, think on their feet, and get the job done, no matter what’s in front of them.

One day you might be mowing lawns. The next, clearing rubbish, pulling carpet, or completing a detailed clean.

This role suits someone who: 

  • Doesn’t need to be told what to do next
  • Is physically capable and enjoys hands-on work
  • Can handle different environments (including tough or messy jobs)
  • Takes pride in getting the job finished properly
  • Shows up reliable, ready, and solution-focused

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lawn mowing and gardening work
  • Rubbish removal and site clean-ups
  • Carpet removal and basic labour tasks

This is not your standard building role. Our work focuses on maintenance, small projects, and reactive works across residential, aged care, and commercial clients.

You’ll be part of a structured team environment with consistent workflow, clear systems, and support from experienced leaders on the ground.

What you’ll be doing:

  • General carpentry and maintenance works
  • Small renovations and repairs
  • Working across multiple sites and clients
  • Delivering quality finishes with attention to detail 

What we’re looking for:
