Wall washing is one of the most labour-intensive tasks in any vacate clean. It is also one of the first things a property manager or landlord notices. Years of scuffs, marks, fingerprints, and general wear do not disappear with a standard clean. They require time, skill, and the right products applied properly to every surface.

The Complete Clean is our most thorough standard vacate clean — covering every room, every surface, and every detail a property manager will check at final inspection.
Every room is cleared of cobwebs, all light switches and power points wiped down, windows with frames and tracks cleaned throughout, cupboards and drawers cleaned inside and out, exhaust fans and covers, skirting boards, smoke detectors, and heat pump filters washed. Your kitchen includes a full oven clean and kickboards. Bathrooms are deep cleaned top to bottom: shower, glass, taps, drains, vanity, and toilet. Every floor vacuumed and mopped.
This is a comprehensive clean built around what property managers actually look for. Delivered by our trained, police-checked team with a signed checklist on completion.
